Melinda Uszuko-Rodriguez, FNP
Melinda is an Advanced Registered Nurse Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, credentialed by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
She graduated from South University in Savannah Georgia and completed her undergraduate studies at Nevada States College.
Her nursing career began in Emergency Medicine, where she learned her compassionate and holistic method of caring for her patients.
From there she spent a year treating patients in the
Neonatal Intensive Care unit, which taught her the importance of incorporating family values and
traditions in her practice.
Melinda sees patients for primary care. The holistic nature of healthcare she provides is
based on knowledge of the patient in the context of the family and the community, emphasizing
disease prevention and health promotion.
